About Us

We’ve been caring for the pets of Cardiff since 1997, and pride ourselves on making our patients feel at home when they visit us, showering them with love and affection! 

We always put our patients and clients first. That’s why we open our branches for late consults five days a week, as well as Saturday mornings at our Llanishen branch. 

We also like to get to know you better, with regular coffee mornings and an emphasis on having a good chat when we see you. We love being with you in the happy times, and do everything we can to stand by you during the sad.

Our two conveniently located sites in Pentwyn and Llanishen are well-equipped to allow our fantastic teams to deliver a high standard of care. Our vets and nurses between them boast extra qualifications in areas such as medicine, surgery, ophthalmology, rehabilitation and behaviour.

We offer a range of services, from routine neutering, vaccinations and flea and worm prevention, to more complex treatments and surgeries if and when required. 

We’re also proud to offer consultations in Welsh, upon request.
