If any of our cases are treated during out of hours by V.E.T.S they can be, when requested, transported by veterinary ambulance back to us at St-David’s.

Registration Form

Most new clients ring us and register over the phone or at the surgery.

Alternatively, you can complete our online registration form, which, upon receipt, we will get in touch to complete the process. If any new clients are currently registered with a veterinary surgery elsewhere we will contact the surgery for your pets previous history. Having your previous pets history can be essential in ensuring the ongoing care of your pet.
